Frozen shoulder, also named adhesive capsulitis, is a condition described by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joints. Signs usually begin gradually, worsen periods of time and then resolve less than one to three years. It is more likely to occur in people suffering from diabetes. Especially women 40 or older are endangered to have frozen shoulders. Immobility is the main cause of frozen shoulder that may affect during recovery from a shoulder injury, broken arm, or a stroke.
